Icebox Rolls
Icebox Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. or 1 cake yeast, 1 c. lukewarm water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. salt and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water.
Let stand 5 or 10 minutes. Add sugar, salt and 1 cup milk.
Beat in eggs.
Add melted Crisco. Then add flour and mix well.
Put 2 tablespoons melted Crisco on top.
Cover and let rise 4 to 5 hours outside of refrigerator. Mash down.
Place in box overnight.
Pinch off small pieces and make a roll.
Place in muffin tin, greased.
Rise twice in size. Bake at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
