Icebox Rolls
Icebox Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. oil, 2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs and 2 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix together sugar, oil, salt and eggs.
Add yeast and water. Mix and add flour.
You may need to use more flour as you knead the dough.
Put in a greased bowl.
Let rise 1 1/2 hours or until double in size.
Dough may also be put in icebox.
Will keep for 3 days.
Pinch off dough and form a ball.
Dip in melted butter and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Let rise.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
