Icebox Pudding
Icebox Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1 can condensed pineapple (large), 1 lb. marshmallows and 3 large bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream sugar and butter.
Drain juice from pineapple; do not drain juice completely dry.
Add pineapple, diced or miniature marshmallows and diced bananas; mix all ingredients well.
Line sheet pan with vanilla wafers.
Pour in mixture.
Crumble remaining wafers and spread on top.
Serve with or without whipped cream.
