Icebox Lemon Dessert
Icebox Lemon Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 pt. cream and 1/2 lb. vanilla wafer crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook in double boiler until thickened the egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice.
Beat egg whites stiff and fold into mixture.
Whip the cream and fold yolk mixture into cream.
Crumb the vanilla wafers and line ice cube tray or square pan.
Pour mixture over and freeze overnight.
Serves 8.
