Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water with the egg whites, slightly beaten.

Mix together the sugar, salt and 1 cup flour. Mix stick of margarine with other cup of water.

Melt over low heat; let cool.

Add all liquids except egg whites; mix for 2 minutes.

Add 2 cups flour; mix together.

Add egg whites. Cover; let rise until double in size.

Work in 1 1/2 cups flour. Work until you can handle it.

Divide into balls.

Put in muffin tins.
