Icebox Fruitcake
Icebox Fruitcake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large size box vanilla wafers, 1 qt. chopped pecans, 1 can condensed milk, 1 can coconut and 1 box raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Crush wafers and mix thoroughly with coconut, pecans and raisins.
Add milk and mix with hands.
Place wax paper in a loaflike container and put dough in, pressing together firmly. Place in refrigerator with a heavy weight on top overnight.
Then slice as needed, keeping in refrigerator while not in use.
