Icebox Fruit Cake Roll
Icebox Fruit Cake Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box raisins (15 oz.), 1 can condensed milk, 2 c. chopped pecans, 1 (10 oz.) bottle maraschino cherries, drained and halved and 1 box nilla wafers (12 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Thoroughly crush wafers.
Mix raisins, nuts and cherries.
Add to wafers.
Add milk.
Put mixture in refrigerator until chilled. Shape into desired size rolls.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on wax paper.
Wrap tightly around cake rolls.
Refrigerate.
(Will keep in refrigerator a month to six weeks.)
