Icebox Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box vanilla wafers, 18 large marshmallows, 1/2 c. canned cream, 1 lb. chopped nuts and 1 lb. cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Crush the vanilla wafers and mix with fruit and nuts. Melt the marshmallows in canned cream and mix well into fruit nut mixture. Put mixture into loaf pan lined with wax paper.
Press well and store in refrigerator.
