Icebox Fruit Cake
Icebox Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pecans, 1 box raisins, 1 bottle maraschino cherries, 1 (1/2 c.) stick oleo and 36 marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Run crackers through food chopper or food processor.
Chop pecans and cherries and add to crumbs.
Add raisins.
Melt oleo and chopped marshmallows in top of double boiler and add to crumb mixture.
Mix well.
Pack into loaf pan and set in refrigerator for at least 6 hours before slicing.
