Icebox Fruit Cake
Icebox Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box honey graham crackers made into meal, 1 box seedless raisins, 2 c. pecans, cut up and toasted, 1 small box cherries and 1 large pkg. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put milk and marshmallows in large boiler and melt over low heat
(never boil).
Up cherries and mix with pecans and raisins.
Dredge with your graham cracker meal. Mix together in boiler with melted marshmallow mixture. Put cake mixture in pan lined with waxed paper.
Let set in refrigerator for several days (or weeks) before eating.
