Icebox Fruit Cake
Icebox Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. butter, 1 lb. rolled graham cracker crumbs, 1 lb. shelled and chopped pecans, 4 tbsp. brown sugar and 2 (7 1/4 oz.) boxes pitted dates, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In top of double boiler, melt oleo and marshmallows.
In a large bowl, put other ingredients and pour melted mixture over them.
Mix well!
Mold or shape into 2 rolls or loaves.
Wrap in wax paper and store in refrigerator. Best when stored several days in refrigerator.
