Icebox Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. small marshmallows, 1 lb. pitted dates, 1 lb. candied pineapple, 1/2 lb. candied cherries and 1 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix marshmallows with fruit, alternating so the marshmallows will not stick together.
Combine all ingredients together, making sure all is moistened well with the cream.
