Icebox Fruit Cake
Icebox Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) box ritz or town house crackers, crushed, 1 large pkg. miniature marshmallows, 1 can pet evaporated milk, 1 large (1 lb.) container mixed candied fruit and 1 1/2 c. light seedless raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat evaporated milk and marshmallows over low heat in a heavy saucepan.
Stir constantly until all the marshmallows have dissolved.
Remove from heat; add crushed crackers.
Mix well and let cool enough so you could mix with hands.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pack in pound cake pan that has been lightly greased with butter.
Refrigerate.
To remove from pan, place bottom of pan in warm water for a few minutes.
