In a large pan, put your crushed crackers.

Have nuts in small pieces.

Cut candied fruit in pieces also.

Add sugar, butter, lemon extract and cinnamon.

This takes a lot of mixing together by hand.

Juice from the fruit will hold this together.

After mixing well, place in a Bundt cake pan, sprayed with Pam.

Press cake in pan firmly.

Trim top of cake with nuts/fruit.

Put in refrigerator overnight in cake pan, then you can remove from pan onto cake plate.

Keep refrigerated.
