Icebox Dessert
Icebox Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/4 lb. butter, 3 egg yolks (set aside egg whites), 1 c. nuts and 1 medium can pineapple with juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream sugar, butter and egg yolks.
Add nuts, pineapple, marshmallows and vanilla.
Mix well.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Line a 9 x 12-inch dish with graham crackers. Carefully pour in mixture.
Sprinkle with crushed graham cracker crumbs.
Let set in icebox (refrigerator) overnight.
