Icebox Cookies
Icebox Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix butter, sugar, egg, flour, baking soda and vanilla.
The dough is quite soft so may chill, then make into rolls; about two rolls.
Slice rolls thin and dip one side of cookie into nutmeg-sugar mixture.
Grease cookie sheet lightly.
Bake at 375Β° about ten minutes.
Do not let cookies brown.
