Icebox Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) box brown sugar, 1 lb. butter or margarine, 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Add nuts, chocolate chips or fruit, if you wish.
(I sometimes divide the dough and put nuts in part and chocolate chips in part).
Divide dough into 3 or 4 rolls and chill in the refrigerator.
Slice and bake at 350Β°.
