Icebox Cookies
Icebox Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 egg and 1 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream butter.
Add sugar, vanilla and unbeaten egg; beat well. Sift dry ingredients; add it, along with nuts, to sugar mixture. Shape into a large roll.
Chill several hours, overnight or up to a week.
Slice and bake at 400Β° for 6 to 7 minutes.
Makes about 3 or 4 dozen.
