Icebox Cheese Cake
Icebox Cheese Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 large can carnation milk, 1 pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 c. hot water, 32 graham crackers and 1/4 lb. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Whip Milnot thick and add vanilla.
Beat, then add 1 cup sugar.
Beat, then add cream cheese.
After jello is cooled, add to whipped mixture and beat until creamy.
Pour over cracker crust.
Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
