Icebox Cake
Icebox Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow or white cake mix, 1 large crushed pineapple, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding and 1 (16 oz.) large cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bake the cake as directed and while it is hot, pour the pineapple with juice over the mix instant pudding and pour over the cool cake.
Let set a little while.
Then mix cream cheese
Cool Whip and spread over the cake.
It may be topped chopped pecans if you wish. This cake is very good.
