Icebox Cake
Icebox Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 2 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 1 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg, pineapple and pecans; mix well.
Layer vanilla wafers; spread 1/2 of mix over vanilla wafers. Add rest of mix.
Top with vanilla wafers.
Fix the day before serving.
Top with whipped cream or topping.
