Icebox Cake
Icebox Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. powdered sugar, 1/4 c. butter, 4 eggs, 1 c. nuts, chopped and 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Add vanilla and nuts alternately in layers.
First layer crumbs, then mixture and last crumbs.
Press firmly in pan and let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.
Serve with whipped cream.
