Ice Cream Topping
Ice Cream Topping is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 1/4 c. pecans, 2 tbsp. flour, 5 heath or skor bars, broken into small pieces and 3/4 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in medium sauce pan; add sugar, corn syrup and flour, stirring well.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Spread pecans on baking sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
Gradually stir milk, candy pieces and pecans into syrup mixture.
Serve over ice cream.
