Ice Cream Royal
Ice Cream Royal is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans, 1 c. plain flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter, melted and 1/2 gal. ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together pecans, flour, sugar and butter.
Spread on a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes, stirring often.
Cool and crumble.
Spread half the crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Slice ice cream and place slices on top of crumbs.
Pour ice cream sauce on top of ice cream and top with rest of the crumbs.
Freeze.
Cut in squares to serve.
(Use any flavor of ice cream and sauce.)
