Ice Cream Roll
Ice Cream Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour (all-purpose), 1/4 c. cocoa, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 3 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Blend in water and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together and slowly mix into egg mixture at low speed until batter is smooth.
Grease a jelly roll pan and line with waxed paper.
Pour batter in pan and bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Loosen edges and turn upside down on towel that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Remove paper; roll up in towel.
Let cool. Unroll and spread with 1 quart ice cream.
Roll again; wrap in foil and freeze.
Garnish with chocolate sauce or cherry.
