Ice Cream Puffs
Ice Cream Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. sugar and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a small saucepan, bring to a boil the water, butter, salt and sugar.
Add all at once the flour and cook the paste over a low heat, beating it briskly and constantly until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture clearly leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball.
Remove pan from heat and beat in the eggs one at a time.
(If eggs are unusually small, use an extra one.) Drop tablespoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake in hot oven (425°) for 15 to 18 minutes.
Reduce oven to 375° and bake until golden brown and feels light in the hand.
If puffs brown too quickly, cover with a piece of paper.
