Ice Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 tsp. cornstarch, 1 c. boiling water, 1 tsp. vanilla and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook 1st 5 ingredients until very thick.
Stir mixture into stiffly beaten egg whites.
Place in pie pan and set in refrigerator until thoroughly cold.
Add pineapple (drained) and serve with whipped cream.
