Ice Cream Pie
Ice Cream Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust, 1 small box strawberry jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 pt. vanilla ice cream and 1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve boiling water.
Immediately add ice cream and mixture is smooth and free from lumps. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Remove and add thawed strawberries.
Pour in baked pie crust.
Return to refrigerator for at least three hours.
Decorate with whipped cream (optional).
