Ice Cream Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. chocolate chip, chocolate or strawberry ice cream, softened, 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip nondairy whipped topping, thawed and 1 prepared 9-inch chocolate or graham cracker crumb crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place ice cream in a bowl and stir until smooth. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Freeze, if necessary, until mixture will mound.
Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired. Store leftover pie in freezer.
