Ice Cream Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon, lime or raspberry jell-o, 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice, 1 pt. vanilla ice cream and 1 c. crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain medium size can crushed pineapple.
Bring juice to boil and dissolve Jell-O, then add ice cream to mixture.
Stir until melted.
Add pineapple and let set until firm.
Pour in baked pie shell.
Chill.
Serve with whipped cream.
