Ice Cream Pie
Ice Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. evaporated milk, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, 1 c. small marshmallows, vanilla wafers and 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine the first 3 ingredients; cook and stir until thick. Cool completely.
Line a buttered pie pan with whole vanilla wafers, crumbling a few to fill bare spots for better fit.
Add ice cream.
Top with the chocolate sauce and freeze.
Add crushed nuts to top.
Easy, but very good!
