Ice Cream Delight
Ice Cream Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 60 ritz crackers, 1/4 c. sugar (optional), 1/2 c. oleo, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Crush crackers fine.
Melt butter and mix with crackers and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (softened) and milk.
Add instant pudding.
Pour on top of cracker mixture.
Top with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts or crushed Ritz crackers.
Put in freezer at least 2 hours before serving.
