Ice Cream Crunch
Ice Cream Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1/2 c. oatmeal, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. flour and 2 sticks margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix pecans, oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and margarine well. Bake in a 350Β° oven on cookie sheet about 30 minutes.
Stir often. Stir cool.
Spread 1/2 on 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pat in soft ice cream.
Pour topping over ice cream.
Top with rest of crumbs. Top with Cool Whip.
Freeze.
