Ice Cream Cake
Ice Cream Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, 6 c. rice krispies, 2/3 c. peanut butter and 1 gal. ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Melt chips and peanut butter in large pan; add cereal.
Spread on cookie sheet and cool in fridge.
Break mixture into small pieces after dried.
Soften ice cream; fold in all but 1 cup of cereal mixture.
Spread in a 10-inch spring-form pan.
Use remaining 1 cup cereal mixture to decorate top.
Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries, if desired.
