Ice Cream Cake
Ice Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 ritz crackers, crushed, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 stick melted butter, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream and 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Crush crackers; add pecans and butter.
Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Save 1/2 cup for topping.
Mix ice cream, pudding and milk in mixer just until lumps are out.
Pour on top of cracker mix.
Chill for 1/2 hour.
Spread Cool Whip on this mixture and sprinkle rest of cracker mix on top.
