Ice Cream Cake
Ice Cream Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 chocolate cake mix (1/2 pkg.), 1 c. peanut butter, 2 eggs, 1/3 c. water and 2 qt. vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix cake mix, peanut butter, eggs and water.
Add remainder of cake mix.
Mixture is really thick.
Take 2/3 of mixture and place in a spring-form cake pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375Β°.
Let it cool.
Cover with 2 quarts vanilla ice cream that has thawed. Layer top with your choice of toppings (cherries, hot fudge, nuts).
Place in freezer to set.
