Ice Cream Cake
Ice Cream Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 40 crushed ritz crackers, 1/2 gal. softened vanilla ice cream, 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 1 c. milk and 1 (12 oz.) container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Crackers in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix the ice cream and the pudding together, then add the milk. Mix well.
Spread over the crumbs in the pan.
Next spread the Cool Whip on
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Put in the freezer and cut when ready to serve.
