Ice Cream "Cake"
Ice Cream "Cake" is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bag oreo cookies, chop/crush fine, 1/4 stick margarine, softened/melted, 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened/melted, 1 jar fudge ice cream topping, softened in microwave for easier pouring and 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix first two ingredients and press firmly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Then layer ice cream, fudge and Cool Whip.
It works best if you freeze each layer.
Decorate top with whatever!
