Ice Cream Cake
Ice Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick melted margarine, 36 crushed oreos, 1/2 gal. ice cream, 1 prepared frosting (dark fudge) and 1 small jar peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Crush Oreos and reserve 1/4 cup for later.
Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with Oreos.
Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Slice 1/2 gallon of any flavor ice cream and place over the cookie crumbs.
Spread 1 can of prepared frosting over ice cream layer.
(You can soften this in microwave or in bowl of hot water to spread easier.)
