Ice Cream Cake
Ice Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 oreo cookies, chopped, 1/2 gal. ice cream, softened (any flavor), 2 c. powdered sugar, 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk and 1/2 c. margarine or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Chop cookies and then add slightly melted butter.
Pat in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Chill until stiff.
Place ice cream on top.
You may use vanilla or any other flavor you prefer.
Frozen yogurt may also be substituted.
Place in freezer and prepare topping.
