Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 5 pt. half and half, 2 1/4 c. sugar, 7 eggs, dash of salt and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Scald half and half.
Blend eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add to half and half.
Cook to a medium thick custard.
Remove from heat to cool.
Freeze in 5-quart freezer.
