Ice Cream
Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 6 whole eggs, 2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar, 4 pt. heavy whipping cream, 2 tbsp. vanilla and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs until well beaten.
Add sugar and mix.
Add cream, mixing continuously.
Mix until all sugar is suspended and mixture is creamy.
Add vanilla and salt and mix.
Pour batter into 4-quart ice cream freezer.
Add half and half to fill line (no more than one pint).
Freeze.
