Ice Cream
Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat all ingredients together and cook, stirring constantly until just boiling. Cool.
Pour into ice cream freezer.
Add 1 quart or 1 pint of whipping cream and finish filling to top of sections with milk.
Add vanilla, maple, or cinnamon for flavor and more sugar to taste.
If using cherries, add before last filling of milk and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
