Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 2 boxes instant butter pecan pudding, 1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping and 1/2 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat eggs in a large bowl.
Add sugar and pudding.
Beat thoroughly.
Stir in topping, nuts and vanilla.
Pour into freezer can and add milk to full line.
Freeze according to instructions with freezer.
