Ice Box Fruit Cake
Ice Box Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped fine, 1/2 lb. candied pine apples, chopped fine, 1 c. white raisins, chopped fine, 1 box coconut and 1 box dates, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat marshmallows and milk until melted, very slowly.
Mix all chopped ingredients.
Mix coconut and cracker crumbs with hand.
Shape into a roll.
Wrap in wax paper and foil, and keep in fridge.
Yields 4 rolls.
