Hydrox Mint Dessert
Hydrox Mint Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 hydrox cookies, crushed, 24 big marshmallows, 1 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring and 1/2 tsp. green food coloring or to desired coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put 3/4 of crumbs in bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan.
Melt marshmallows in 1 cup evaporated milk.
Set aside to cool.
Add peppermint flavoring and food coloring.
Fold in cream (or Cool Whip).
Pour over cookie crumbs.
Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Freeze and remove an hour before serving.
