Hydrox Dessert
Hydrox Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 to 3/4 lb. hydrox cookies, 1 c. milk, 1 pkg. (1 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows, 2 c. cool whip and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook marshmallows, milk and beaten egg yolks until marshmallows dissolve.
Whip egg whites until stiff.
Mix all ingredients together, except candy bars.
Crush chilled candy bars and add to mixture.
Crush cookies fine.
Put 1/2 of crumbs in an 8 x 11-inch dish.
Pour pudding mixture over the crumbs and top with remaining crumbs.
Chill 24 hours before serving.
