Hush Puppies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. cornmeal mix, 3 tbsp. self-rising flour, 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 1 egg and 1 c. milk or water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine cornmeal, flour and onion.
Add egg, gradually beat in milk or water.
Drop from a spoon into hot fat where fish was fried.
Fry until golden brown.
