Hurry Curry
Hurry Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 tsp. curry powder, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. mayonnaise (do not use low-fat), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion and curry in margarine. When onion is soft, add soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and chicken. Stir until smooth (it will be thick).
Lastly, add chicken bouillon for flavoring. Simmer mixture for 2 minutes. Serve over hot noodles or rice. Can garnish with bananas, chutney or coconut.
