Hunters' Chicken
Hunters' Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 cut up broiler or fryer, 1/2 c. cooking oil, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, 4 tbsp. chopped onion and 1 clove garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In large frypan, heat oil and brown chicken.
Remove chicken; saute mushrooms, onion and garlic in oil.
Put chicken back and add remaining ingredients except butter and parsley.
Cook covered over low heat until tender, about 35 minutes.
Arrange on platter. Add butter and parsley to sauce and pour over chicken.
Serve over rice.
